1. What is REAFFINITY?
  2. REAFFINITY is a FREE real estate listing service for anybody selling a house to help home buyers find listing information at the time they need it.

  3. Just what do you provide?
  4. We provide home listing information to cell phones and other mobile devices that have web enabled browsers.

We know it's frustrating to pull up to a house with a For Sale sign and find the brochure box empty (if there is one). So we provide this information on your cell phone along with the ability to find all homes that are listed for sale in an area.

  5. Is this just for real estate agents or can anyone add their listings?
  6. Our service is available to everyone, not just real estate agents. It's a great way to get additional exposure for your house in conjunction with your other advertising.

  7. How long will real estate listing information be available?
  8. Real estate listings are available for two months after they are first added.

  9. Can I add my listing again if the home hasn't sold after two months?
  10. Certainly, and as many times as you need to until it sells. We know that sometimes it's hard to sell real estate in a timely manner, so go ahead and add your real estate listings as many times as it takes.

  11. How come some listings have no pictures?
  12. We are happy to add pictures to listings. Contact us for pricing.

  13. Why are there only small boxes for searching and results on my computer screen?
  14. There are tons of great Realtor sponsored web sites to help research homes from your computer. Our service provides listing information in a mobile environment. Feel free to use it on your computer though.

  15. Is the mobile search free?
  16. REAFFINITY doesn't charge for mobile real estate search, but your carrier may charge for airtime. Please check your mobile plan.

  17. How can I get information about a house for sale when I'm sitting in front of it?
  18. The easiest way is to type as much of the address as you'd like into the Address search box then press Search.

  19. There's no brochure on the For Sale sign. Do you have pricing information on the house?
  20. If the Realtor or seller has added the listing to our system, then yes we do. Just enter the address or MLS number if you know it.

  21. We found a community that we like but it's too hard to find all the houses in the area that are for sale. How can we find them?
  22. This is the biggest reason we started this service. Simply perform any type of search that will get a home listing in the area and add your desired mile radius in the 'Homes in Radius' box to find all the homes that are listed within the area.

  23. Can you provide a map to the houses that search returns?
  24. Quite possibly. Drop us a line and let us know how important this is to you.

  25. Why do I get an error like 'Failed to open page' when I click on the Call Realtor link?
  26. Most likely you've clicked on that link while using a normal web browser from your computer. Our mobile search is designed for cell phones, and your cell phone will make the call for you when you click on the link.

  27. What are your Terms of Use?
  28. It's pretty dry reading but our Terms Of Use page describes the terms of using the web and mobile service.

  29. Are your listings accurate?
  30. All of the listings that we get are from Realtors, home sellers, interested parties, or other third party sources. As such all information provided is deemed reliable and believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed.

  31. REAFFINITY is not even a word. Does it have a meaning?
  32. We like the meaning of Affinity - "a spontaneous or natural liking or sympathy for something or someone". The home buyers on our staff feel a sympathy for others not finding information while driving around a community. Since some of us prefer to do our research in the field instead of a home office, we are here to help home buyers that are spontaneous when looking for houses.

Real Estate Affinity is the shorter answer.
