Acceptance of Terms

REAFFINITY is an online real estate listing service (hereafter referred to as "Service") subject to the following Terms of Use (hereafter referred to as "Terms"). By using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

Content

REAFFINITY allows Realtors, homeowners, and interested parties to list their 'for sale' properties. You agree that all postings thereof are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such information originated.
We reserve the right to remove any listings that we believe do not fit into the category of home listings for sale, and to remove any information which we believe, at our sole discretion, to be misleading, misrepresentative, fraudulent, inaccurate, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

Termination of Service

REAFFINITY encourages the use of the Service for all listings of homes that are currently for sale but reserves the right to block access from users that repeatedly attempt to misrepresent listings or otherwise violate these Terms.

Access and Limitations of Service

REAFFINITY grants users access to the Service and is not responsible for charges incurred with the use of such access (for example, using a mobile phone to access the Service).

Third Party Content and Services

From time to time REAFFINITY may offer advertising or other third party services on the Service. REAFFINITY shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or expense incured from the use of such interactions.

Copyright Information

All users submitting listing information retain any applicable copyrights. Any content not originating from users of the Service is the copyright of REAFFINITY.

Disclaimer

The materials contained in this Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available", without representations or warranties of any kind. REAFFINITY disclaims all such representations and warranties, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title, noninfringement, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. REAFFINITY does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, graphics, phone links, site links or any other items found on the Service.

Limititations of Liability

REAFFINITY shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold REAFFINITY, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your violation of the Terms, your breach of any of the representations and warranties herein, or your violation of any rights of another.

Modifications to Agreement

REAFFINITY reserves the right to change, modify, or otherwise alter the Service and Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Modifications are effective immediately upon the posting or availablity thereof. You should review this page from time to time as the terms then in effect are binding. Your only recourse should you not agree with the Terms is to discontinue use of the Service.
